Dr. Michael Wagener is a specialist for general internal and pharmaceutical medicine. He has long-standing experience and offers a wide range of services. Before opening his new clinic in Binningen, he entrusted Mind Studios with the rebranding of his entire appearance. From Logo, over Website to Signage, i had the possibility to create a consistent design, which exactly fits Dr. Wagener’s needs.

A special rebranding for a specialist in his field.
Dr. Wagener is specialised in diverse fields: from general medicine, over infusions to aesthetics. Especially the ifusions and aesthetics should define the new appearance. It shouldn’t feel too „medical“ and „sterile“. The design had to reflect the „lifestyle“ and „well-being“ orientated aspects. Their old logo, which included a lotus flower, fitted quite well (as regards content). So i took it as basis for the new one, which is much more simple, clean and balanced. The typography is a mix of elegant Serif and clean modern Grotesk Fonts, reflecting the clinic’s versatile offering.
High-quality stationery through sophisticated finishings.
As Praxis Dr. Wagener is a medical clinic, they use a lot of paper: business cards, letter paper, appointment cards and so on. While the actually printed products are more of a low-priced alternative, my concept included many high-value finishings, such as embossments, heat transfer printing and selected high-quality paper.
Ready for the future with a brand new website.
While many doctors still refuse to strengthen their web presence, Dr. Wagener took the important step and entrusted us at Mind Studios with the development of his new website. We created an experiene which is both functional and good-looking. Naturally i attached great importance to a consistent branding.
Signage for the new clinic in Binningen.
For a medical clinic it’s key that the patients immediately find their way and don’t have to search for any rooms. So i created a simple signage system, which makes it easy to find your way through the clinic. The on-site photos were taken by the kick-ass photographer Jochen Pach.
